Delivery & Returns
Delivery from Astrospares is FREE, anywhere in the UK (including Highlands and Islands!).
We aim to dispatch all items within one working day of your order being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation from us with tracking details if appropriate (Our items are sent by post or courier depending on size and value).
If we're unable to dispatch your order promptly, we'll notify you and make an immediate refund of any money you have paid.
If you haven't received your order when you expect, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order reference, or call us on 01306 778606 and we'll look into it and update you right away.
Please note that we can only dispatch items to addresses within the UK.
Please inspect and try the item you purchase as soon as possible to ensure it meets your needs. As is your statutory right, you may return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt for any reason, by sending it to us at:

Please ensure you enclose a covering note detailing the reason for return, and quoting your name and your original order number, so that we can trace the item.
All items on our website carry a standard one year warranty, provided by us - the new, used or reconditioned items and even the astrojumble!
Should you item develop a fault within the warranty period of one year, you should first contact us via email@example.com for returns authorisation. We'll give you a returns reference and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and either repair it, replace it, or refund your original order in full.
Please note that Manufacturers' warranties do not apply to our listings unless specifically stated (see About Us), so please contact us in the first instance for any warranty queries.
